Day 86

Guess who gets to come annoy the hades out of you this weekend?

I do!!

Look out for a great weekend. You can show me all your new cool tricks, how the big city works, and maybe even catch a Georgia Tech or Braves game.

I'm so looking forward to seeing you up and moving and ALIVE! The last time we saw each other you were sedated into a coma in Charleston.

Stand strong Corey because you have a big weekend ahead of you.

I am SOOOOOOOO proud of you. Continue to stand Corey strong. You are making great progress as slow as you think it may be, 81 days ago we NEVER thought you would be doing this.

Day 78

Corey,

Wooo Hooo!

You are making great strides. Literally!

Taking physical steps no matter how big or small, nor no matter with or without assistance is a HUGE accomplishment.

I'm so proud of you. I'm proud of how hard you are working. I'm proud of how devoted you are. I'm proud of you for never giving up, even when you wanted to. I'm proud of you for the dedication you have put into your therapy.

I thank God daily for you and I thank God daily for your healing.

I love you, my friend! Please continue to stand strong, this time I mean it both physically and mentally :)

Day 70

Well friend, you have moved up in the world! We are all very proud of you and your accomplishments so far.

It's great that you are in outpatient therapy now and living in an apartment. Your mom keeps telling me how awesome you are doing and how much progress you are making.

You're learning lots of cool things so I hear and are mastering new skills. Driving all around Atlanta. Is it anything like driving in Savannah?

I miss you buddy! And I want you to know that I love you and that I am very proud of you. You have taken every week, day, hour, and minute in stride. You're brave and strong. I want only the very best for you and please know that no matter what I am always here for you and you will always by my brother.

Stand Strong, Corey! You've come so far.
